People Management Skills

This workshop is designed for anyone new to people management, including business owners, managers and senior leadership team members. Delivered by Kate Wilde of Engage with Business Ltd, it provides practical guidance on leading and supporting employees more effectively.

Attendees will explore key people management skills, including communication, delegation, performance management, leadership styles and employee engagement. The session also looks at how managers can take a more strategic approach, helping employees understand their role in achieving wider business goals and creating a high-performing workplace culture.

Hosted by New Anglia Growth Hub at the King’s Lynn Innovation Centre (KLIC), the workshop is open to businesses, freelancers and charities based in Norfolk and Suffolk and is funded through local and national business support programmes.
