Supervisor Training

This one-day workshop is designed for new and existing line managers and supervisors who want to develop or refresh their leadership and management skills. Hosted by New Anglia Growth Hub, the session focuses on helping attendees build confidence in managing teams, motivating staff and balancing the demands of employees, customers and the wider business.

Participants will explore a range of practical management topics, including delegation, communication, time management, problem-solving, decision-making and managing challenging behaviour. The workshop also covers leadership styles, team dynamics and strategies for getting the best from employees, with a mix of discussions, exercises and interactive activities throughout the day.

Delivered by Kate Wilde, Managing Director of Engage with Business Ltd, the training provides practical tools and real-world insights to help supervisors and managers lead effectively and create high-performing teams. The workshop takes place at the King’s Lynn Innovation Centre (KLIC) and is open to businesses, freelancers and charities based in Norfolk and Suffolk.
